Hybrid Education As of 03.04.2023
After the earthquake disaster in Kahramanmaraş, the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) unanimously decided to switch to distance education in universities as of 24.02.2023. A new statement has been made by the Chairman of YÖK, Erol Özvar. In his statement, Erol Özvar said, "Universities will open on April 3, students who wish will be given face-to-face education without the condition of attendance." Thus, a hybrid education system was introduced in universities.
