A Meeting Regarding the Establishment of Cooperation Between İGÜSAM and Wayne State University

On July 9, 2026, Prof. Dr. Kevin Deegan Krause and Prof. Dr. Brad Roth, who visited the Department of Political Science and International Relations and Political Science and Public Administration at Istanbul Gelişim University under the Erasmus+ Teaching Mobility program, a meeting was held to discuss potential collaborations between the Center for Political and Social Research, Application, and Research and the visiting scholars.

The meeting was attended by UYGARMER Coordinator and IGUSAM Researcher Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Sapmaz, IGUSAM Deputy Director Dr. Emre Gündoğdu, and IGUSAM Advisory Board Member and BAP Deputy Coordinator Dr. Sibel Zengin. During the meeting, potential areas of collaboration were discussed, and in this context, it was decided to facilitate the mutual exchange of specific research areas among the faculty members of both departments.
